THE CONCEPT
I loved reshaping spaces, transforming my mother’s dresses, and building dollhouse furniture out of wood with my brothers in my father’s garage.
I’d gather wildflowers from the fields and weave them into extravagant arrangements with grasses, feathers, and twigs. At three years old, I would sit for hours, quietly drawing princesses.
I had a beautiful, joy-filled childhood – for that, I carry deep gratitude.
Concept No. 5 is where creativity comes to life – a space where art, design, and soul meet. I paint to explore emotion in color and form. I shape interiors to create balance and beauty that can be felt, not just seen. In fashion, bags, and kimonos I let my femininity speak in texture and movement. Pillows have become sculptural accents in my work – quiet details that complete a space. And through large-scale sculptures, I ground myself in something elemental, where hands meet matter, and silence meets presence.
Concept No. 5 is my creative universe.
Five, because it’s my favorite number.
And to all my fellow creators, my team, collaborators, and clients, thank you for walking this path with me.
