In this dreamlike tableau, the viewer is drawn into a space both intimate and slightly surreal. A woman lost in reverie rests among tropical birds and a lavish, patterned breakfast setting. The intricate textures -  built with oil, crystal beads, and layered glazes -  shimmer like sunlight filtered through orange leaves.
